Everything you need to know about TIFFConvert.
Yes, TIFFConvert is completely free to use. There are no hidden fees, no premium tiers, and no usage limits. You can convert as many TIFF files as you want without paying anything.
No. TIFFConvert requires no login, no sign-up, and no credit card needed. Just open the tool, select your file, convert, and download. No email address needed.
Absolutely. Your files are processed entirely in your web browser using client-side JavaScript. Your TIFF files are never uploaded to any server. They stay on your device at all times. We have no ability to see, access, or store your files.
TIFFConvert supports standard TIFF and TIF files, including multi-page TIFF files, uncompressed TIFF, LZW compressed TIFF, and most common TIFF variants used in scanning, photography, and document imaging.
Yes. You can upload multiple TIFF files and convert them all at once. For PDF conversion, you can also merge all TIFF files into a single PDF document. For JPG and PNG, each file (and each page within multi-page TIFFs) is converted to a separate image.
Yes. When using the TIFF to PDF tool, enable the "Merge into one PDF" option. All uploaded TIFF files and all their pages will be combined into a single PDF document in the order you uploaded them.
There is no hard file size limit because conversion happens in your browser. However, very large TIFF files (over 100 MB) may cause your browser to slow down depending on your device's available memory. For best results, we recommend files under 50 MB each.
For JPG conversion, you can adjust the quality from 10 to 100 using a slider. Higher values produce better quality but larger files. For PDF, you can choose the page size (auto-fit, A4, or US Letter). PNG conversion is always lossless at the original resolution.
Yes. TIFFConvert is fully responsive and works on smartphones, tablets, and desktop computers across all modern browsers including Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge.
TIFFConvert works in all modern browsers: Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Apple Safari, Microsoft Edge, and other Chromium-based browsers. We recommend using the latest version of your browser for the best experience.
Nothing — your files never leave your device. Once you close the browser tab, all data related to your conversion is gone. There is nothing to delete because nothing was ever uploaded.
Unlike most online converters, TIFFConvert processes everything client-side (in your browser), so your files stay private. We don't require login, sign-up, or credit cards, don't show ads, and don't have usage limits. We focus exclusively on TIFF conversion, so we do it exceptionally well.
